I was approached by Suzie in 2020, who’d seen the assistance I’d provided to another business during a lockdown adaptation project. Suzie needed assistance transferring her website away from an existing provider, who’d left her with an ugly website, that scored poorly on search engines.

RTS’s average client is 55+ repeat customer, meaning the website had to be structured in an extremely logical way that builds trust and rapport. In order to reach new clients, a carefully curated user journey was also required, to maximise the possible SEO impact of a visitor, for which we also sought to bring reviews and listings, further bolstering SEO.
