About the project
Overview
West London Local Chambers of Commerce is one of the UK’s largest and fastest growing, as they absorb other bordering chambers due to their success. Working closely with Alan Rides (CEO) since the chambers’ inception, i’ve been providing ongoing UX and consultancy for over 4 years.
UX targets
The overall UX goal of the new website was to promote membership, and its features. A key consideration was that the chamber has many members who aren’t tech-savvy, meaning the website must have significant UX considerations and adhere to WCAG 2.1 guidelines.
